Midnight is just like her mom in that she loves to play baseball but one thing she isn’t like me is that she didn’t like playing 3rd base. Midnight prefers playing centerfield below are a few photos that I took one very early morning as we practiced before the hot weather set in and the rains came.
The photo above is Midnight at 3rd base trying to get a feel for the position but she kept getting heckled by son in the dug out aka my veranda. Look at her expression it’s priceless. 
In this one after Midnight finally decided she had it with 3rd base she decided she rather happily play centerfield for her that’s where the action is. See what I mean.
I do secretly have to admit Midnight does make one great centerfielder.
