T.G.I.F Everyone!!!!

Kids here in my neck of the woods are back in school so Midnight is so excited to see the kiddies again in the early morning as they head off to school and board the buses.

So far it’s been a good first week for my son as he started high school on Tuesday yes, I had a mommy moment I still cannot believe that I have a son in high school time went by too fast.

Anyway, we decided to give the Chillin’ Bonz a try this past weekend and it was a huge hit Midnight loves it.

We went with Pineapple Juice since we drink that a lot around here it was easy to do and was on hand.

In a measuring cup we took:

1/2 cup of pineapple

1/2 cup of water

then poured into the Chillin’ Bonz silicone tray and waited about 5 hours for it to freeze.

What I really love about it is that the ices were easy to pop out of the tray so we took a glass container with a lid and took the ices out of the tray and put them into the glass container then put them back in the freezer for later. Of course, we had to give Midnight one for she waited so patiently to taste it and loved it now she looks forward to her daily icy.

We were able to get 8 ices with the 1cup of liquid done in two stages for the freezer that’s where the glass container with lid comes in handy as we save those for later and can make another batch so one icy a day gives you a week worth of treats.
